At Lysoria Fourrure, we want you to love your luxury fur purchase. Due to the premium and perishable nature of our fur products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds to ensure quality and fairness. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns Eligibility 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included

Due to the made-to-order nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Normal wear or use

We recommend reviewing sizing carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will resolve the matter promptly with a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after approval
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you would like a different style or size, please place a new order.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Made-to-order items that are not defective
  • Customized or personalized pieces
  • Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage after delivery

International Orders

International customers may be subject to customs duties or additional fees when returning items. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
